French translation of the SILC Client FAQ.

Hello,

I'm the founder of a small french SILC network, silc.dg-sc.org. We currently have two server (one in France, the other in the USA), and we have around 15 to 25 users. Our network is intended to be a place where french hackers can safely chat about various subjects like politics and information technologies, and work on various projects. I founded it in June 2007. See https://www.dg-sc.org/silc/doku.php for more information about our SILC network. Yes, it's all French language, but we almost all live in France, and do not have the time to start and maintain an English version of our web pages (it is a wiki however, and anyone can contribute and help...).

As there were absolutely no french documentation about this wonderful protocol by the time we launched the first server, we started to translate the official documentation. All the FAQs has been translated, as well as the silc(1) and silcd(8) man pages, and the work is still in progress.

For now, only the translation of the SILC Client FAQ has been reviewed, and is OK for publication (the translations of the others FAQs will be also reviewed in the near future).
