Bots for Silc?

What are people using to implement Silc bots?  I've seen Samadhi, which
is great because it offers a Perl interface, but it doesn't seem to be under
active development anymore, and doesn't work with the latest toolkit versions.
I've also seen the sample mybot.c in the Silc toolkit, but it's all in C,
which makes it a bit more of a pain.  Did I miss any options?
