build on fbsd is little weard:
./configure
make
make install

and running silcd results in missing lib: libsilc-1.1.so.3

after 'make' the necessary libs do reside under silc-server-1.1.16/lib/.libs:

libsilc-1.1.so
libsilc-1.1.so.3
libsilc.a
libsilc.la
libsilc.lai
libsilc.so

BUT 'make install' simply deletes them instead of copying them to /usr/local/lib
guess this should be fixed.
