Thanks, Stuart.  I've had a look through the SILC docs, but I didn't
see a straightforward HOWTO on setting up a backup router for your
standalone server.  Looks like the new backup router would need to have
the "ServerConnection" set up to point to the existing server, but is
that sufficient?  Or is there anything I also need to set on the
existing server?  Do I need a "RouterConnection" there?
