file tranfer key exchange problems

I am having receiving the following errors about the key exchange process w=
hen i attempt to transfer a file from one user to another.=20
The sender recieves the following error:
[Error]: SILC_VERIFY silc_verify_public_key_internal:2478
Whilst the reciever recieves the following error:
***Error during key exchange with 127.0.0.1: Unsupported public key (or cer=
tificate)
***Error during file transfer with user.=20
The server and clients are all running on the same host as i am in a testin=
g phase. Is this a problem with the servers setup?
