configuring Cygwin client keys

Does anyone know of a way to configure the Cygwin client keys like you
can in Linux? (silc -C) I want to change my real name, username and so
forth that show up when someone views my public key in Pidgin. I looked
through the FAQs and manuals but didn't find anything, and I sent a
support request but haven't heard anything.<br>
