I wish to present this proposal for the purpose of investment in your
country=2E My name is mary Gabo=2C  the only child  of Hon=2EFerz Uotr Gabo
the former Minister of Transport and Communication with the present
Government of President Kabbah of Sierra-Leone=2E

My father and mother were arrested on 1st of Nov 2001 by Kabbah's
Government on allegation of using their postion in the govenment to aid
smuggling of diamond from the Kono diamond field=2Cit was just a political
vendetta=2E

My father later died in the prison=2Cit was diagnonised that he was
poisoned=2C but Government report says heart failure=2EWhatever it is=2C let God
be the judge=2E He senta note to me before his death=2C regarding a deposit of the sum of
USD$3=2C000=2E000=2E00=29 Three Million United States Dollars in a Bank in DAKAR
SENEGAL=2E

He instructed us to move immediately with the documents to a
neighbouring country to seek asylum=2E I moved to the Republic of Mali where
wespent some time before finally moving to DAKAR=2Cto enquire about deposit=2E

My mother died just on dec=2E26th=2C so i am kind of desolete=2EMeanwhile i
have located the bank=2C and have also discussed the possible transfer of
the fund to road=2EUnfortunately=2Cmy father left a clause that the fund
should not be released to me untill i attend the
age of 23=2Cor i have to introduce a trusted foreign partner who would
be my trustee and investor=2Chence the  need for your assistance=2E

I request that you be my trustee and assist me in effecting the
 ransfer of the fund to your account or an account you will nominate=2E You
will also be resposible for the investment and management of the fund
untill i am able to join you after my education your country=2EYou and us
will agree on a percentage you  will take for your assistance=2E
