NS2 WFQ and WSNs

Dear All,

I am trying to implement a dynamic WFQ scheduling algorithm that assigns
weights to the mobile nodes based on the type of traffic that a node is
transmitting for example audio, image, video, text

I have read about it here  "WFQ Improves implementation of WFQ made by
Paolo Losi and adds a possibility to change weight values dynamically.

The link is currently down and I can't access the particular file. I have
also tried contacting the author but with little success. I will be glad if
someone in the gropu can help master this out or better still has done an
implementation of this algorithm in NS-2.
