crcn simulation having problem calculating the conflict

Hi all, please do help, After simulating crcn programs ITfile is generated. In my paper I have to calculate the network conflict with increasing number of channels.so what I do is , SINR = rss / interference + noise.If SNIR < threshold , then its a conflict. Here interference is the value I obtain from ITfile. rss is received power I calculated from standard formula of "2 ray ground propagation model". Is this procedure correct? But as I increase the channels the conflict does not reduces smoothly. instead keeps fluctuating in random.please suggest.
