Invoking a given class method at specific time interval

Hello all. I am requiring to call a method of a class within my simulation at specific time interval, for example, each 200ms. Is it possible in NS2? Is the timers feature the right way to implement this, or is there another artefact that needs to be considered? Thanks in advance for your attention. -- Sergio Gutiérrez
