using SUMO-0.23.0 and OMNeT++4.4.1

dear sir/ma,

I am working on my final year project using sumo-0.23.0 and Omnet++4.4.1 to
compare VANET routing protocols  (GPCR, A-STAR and CBF)  in city and
highway scenario using some parameters like end to end delay, routing
overhead and  packet delivery ratio. the traffic has been successfully
generated in sumo with openstreetmap  and omnet++4.4.1 has been
successfully installed and inetmanet imported. now my questions are:

1. do I still need to import vein and mixim into omnet++
2. how do I varying node density, node mobility and transmission range in
omnett++
how do I set simulation area, traffic type, mobility model, simulation
time, mac protocol, traffic type.

please. I am a new user in this simulation environment.
