The last years have witnessed a permanent change of vision of cloud <br>
systems. Nowadays, the most important stakeholders such as private <br>
companies, public agencies, research communities and citizens rely on <br>
the cloud for a number of purposes, stemming from sharing hardware <br>
infrastructures to software, data, and sensing services. The MoCS workshop<br>
started following the "cloud" stream 9 years ago. The focus of the 10th MoCS<br>
edition is in the convergence of cloud paradigm in form of MEC to support <br>
low-latency, context-aware applications for complex scenarios like <br>
smart cities and learning-driven approaches for urban planning. <br>

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to the following:<br>
* Application of cloud and MEC systems to smart cities services;<br>
* Models for context-aware crowdsensing techniques at urban-level scale;<br>
* Integration of cloud/edge systems and mobile crowdsensing systems <br>
through Human-enabled Edge Computing (HEC) paradigm;<br>
* Edge data center deployment in urban environments to support low-latency<br>
applications;<br>
* ML- and AI-based approaches for edge computing services;<br>
* AI-driven models, architectures, and frameworks for edge computing;<br>
* Experiences on the (re)use of open platforms for cloud-integrated <br>
smart cities services;<br>
* Design and evaluation tools for scalability and efficient resource <br>
allocation in smart cities;<br>
* Design and application of cloud/edge technologies to Intelligent Transport <br>
Systems (ITS);<br>
* Vehicular cloud architectures for provisioning of smart cities services;  <br>
* Adaptive solutions for scalable, maintainable, cost-effective cloud <br>
management and services provision;<br>
* Models and paradigms for the management of cloud/MEC services <br>
within/between data centres (intra- /inter-domain) and their deployment<br>
in urban environment;<br>
* Application of ML techniques to cloud/edge-based smart city applications;<br>
* Cloud/edge-based automation tools applied to robotic science for smart <br>
cities;<br>
* Pricing schemes, bargaining mechanisms and economics for trading data <br>
in cloud/edge environments;<br>
* Blockchain solutions for secure and reliable transactions between the 
counterparts in data sharing/trading;<br>
* Data-driven approaches for smart transportation in urban areas;<br>
* Software defined networks and placement of the controller in urban<br>
environments.<br>

** SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS **<br>
Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for <br>
publication in MoCS 2020. Manuscripts should be written in English with <br>
a maximum paper length of 6 printed pages for full papers and 4 pages <br>
for short papers. No more than 20% of short papers will be accepted. <br>
All manuscripts should adhere to the IEEE double column conference <br>
proceedings <br>
(https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html). Authors <br>
are invited to submit their papers using EasyChair at <br>
https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=ieeeiscc2020#.<br>
Papers exceeding 6 pages will not be accepted by EasyChair.<br>
At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register to <br>
the conference and provide a presentation file and/or video.<br>
Only registered papers will be included in the ISCC 2020<br>
Proceedings and submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore library. The IEEE<br>
ISCC Proceedings have been indexed in the past by ISI, dblp and Scopus.<br>
This makes the IEEE ISCC Workshops publication venues with very high visibility<br>
and impact in both Computer and Communications areas.<br>
