The IEEE Consumer Communications and Networking Conference (CCNC),=20=20
sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society, is a major annual=20=20
international conference. Taking advantage of its co-location with the=20=20
International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which is the world's=20=20
largest tradeshow on consumer technology, CCNC is organized with the=20=20
objective of bringing together researchers, developers, and=20=20
practitioners from academia and industry working in all areas of=20=20
consumer communications and networking technologies. CCNC 2024 will=20=20
feature high-quality keynotes, plenary talks, technical and industry=20=20
papers, panels, tutorials, and demonstrations. In addition, the CCNC=20=20
2024 Organization Committee invites members of the research,=20=20
development, and practitioner communities to submit Workshop=20=20
proposals. Workshops provide a forum for people to discuss areas of=20=20
special interest with like-minded researchers and practitioners.=20=20
Research contributions are welcome in all areas pertinent to consumer=20=20
communications and networking, including:

=E2=97=8F Edge/Cloud Computing and Networking
=E2=97=8F Networking Solutions for Social Applications, Multimedia, and Gam=
es
=E2=97=8F Next Generation Wireless Protocols: MAC and Above
=E2=97=8F Wireless Communications: Fundamentals and PHY
=E2=97=8F Beyond 5G and Towards 6G
=E2=97=8F IoT: From Sensors to Vertical Applications
=E2=97=8F Security, Privacy, and Content Protection
=E2=97=8F Digital twins by/for networking and communication
=E2=97=8F Communications and Applications for Connected and Autonomous=20=20
Vehicles on Land, Water, and Sky
=E2=97=8F AI/ML for Communications and Networking

Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality original=20=20
technical papers to the appropriate track(s) including the Work in=20=20
Progress (WiP) track. All accepted technical papers are required to be=20=20
presented at the conference and will be published in the IEEE CCNC=20=20
2024 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore=C2=AE as well as=
=20=20
other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. In addition, authors=20=20
that have a demonstration component in their work are highly=20=20
encouraged to also submit proposals to the Demonstration Ses
