1) Your 3 line config file seems a bit minimalistic. Please make sure to =

your config on the sample config file to ensure sane values for various o=
ptions.

2) Can you be more specific about the "but does not allow me to make call=
s"?
  Any error message? What does Asterisk Log say?

3) Does Microsip properly register with Assterisk? Check on Microsip and
Asterisk side.

4) enable siproxd logging and check for errors/warnings.
