slrnpull 0.9.8.1: skips group when no new headers are found

Hi! I just discovered that the current version of slrnpull will immediately go to the next group when a group contains no new headers. Instead, it should first retrieve article bodies marked for download. Note that fetching marked bodies still works when new headers are present or the --marked-bodies command line option is given.
