Tested. It does not work. 
I could turn the expire on to 1 day (because 0 days won't work)
temporarily when I'm making the archive package. Bummer.

Then the "duplicates" are puzzling. How to disable the removal
of duplicates so that I could check what they are? What if duplicates
are spams which steal message IDs? And what if our server receives
the spams first? Then the real articles are deleted as duplicates.
