[get-by-mid.sl] getting articles from google

Hello,

For those who use the get-by-mid.sl macro the proposed variables
to retrieve messages from google didn't work any more because
google changed the format completely to HTML.

With the following preferences you get a reasonable result -- no
way of replacing the ellipsis in the From: header that I can
think of, but otherwise it's ok:

GetByMid->set_preference("browser_call",
	"w3m -dump '%s'|sed -e '/^From:./,/\\[dot_clear\\]/!d' -e '/\\[dot_clear\\]/,$d'");
GetByMid->set_preference("deja_url",
	"http://groups.google.com/groups?selm=%s&dmode=source&hl=en");
