UTF

Hello,

As I've just switched to an UTF-environment I registered with joy
from cvs log that some work was done quite recently on UTF
support.

I tried out cvs HEAD, and it works fine already on a lot of
messages but breaks reading an article with error on
format-flowed and quoted-printable (or charset declaration in
double quotes).

Unfortunately I don't know anything about C, even though mime.c
and charset.c looks quite inviting for hacking ;).

I there any chance that these issues will be solved in the near
future? Can I provide some alpha-testing feedback (would be more
fun than to try to configure tin, heh)?
