Hello,

The 8-bit chars in

Message-ID: <[email protected]>

are not recoded to utf-8; and I have no idea why, because charset
seems to be declared correctly:

X-Newsreader: UseNeXT 3.85
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

and otherwise Slrn preview has no problem with displaying those
any more.

Mind you, I can live with it, as I haven't found any other
occurrence of this behaviour; I just don't understand why this
happens.
