0.9.8.1pl2 just gives an error when iconv fails

Consider Message-ID: <[email protected]> at
news.software.readers -- the irony is that it was sent with an
older version of Slrn and can be displayed with older versions of
Slrn that don't use iconv.

The preview version:

however just returns an iconv error because iconv doesn't handle
en_GB.iso-8859-15.

Same happens if Slrn preview is compiled against latest svn
S-Lang.

It would be good to have a corresponding thing to Mutt's

charset-hook ^en_GB.iso-8859-15$ iso-8859-15

Or, it's another case for the fallback charset patch ;)

Or, for the time being, it would at least be nice if one had
access to the message (difficult if you use eg. leafnode 2,
without reading permissions as user to the local spool), and not
just the iconv error.
