[BUILD 67] slrn not generating date header?

I think this particular slrn/0.9.9 build is not generating the "Date:" 
header, despite being configured to do it.

Previous versions used to generate it, but I'm asking if anyone can 
confirm this, just in case it's my provider's NNTP server acting up.
