Yes, but I don't understand the double colon after "Xref".  So:

[*]
    Score: =-9999
      Xref: uk\.religion\.islam:316522

is a complete score entry that should work (assuming the kill_score is 
set to -9999).  I recall that a double colon can be used after the 
"Score" keyword to indicate ORing together the header conditions (and a 
single colon to indicate ANDing together the header conditions).  But I 
don't recall any use for two colons after a header name.

Yes, but you don't need the ".*" at the end.  There's an implied one of 
those at either end if you're not matching the ends of the line ("^" for 
the beginning of the line and "$" for the end of the line).
