[bug] Duplicated MIME headers

Message-ID <[email protected]>
If the user adds MIME headers in the editor, slrn adds a second set of MIME
headers, possibly in contravention of RFC 2045.

Example:

#v+
Newsgroups: local.test
From: Peter J Ross <[email protected]>
Subject: test html
Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/html; charset=us-ascii
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
User-Agent: slrn/pre0.9.9-82 (Linux)
Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
Message-ID: <[email protected]>
Path: pjr.gotdns.org!not-for-mail
Date: Thu, 07 Feb 2008 02:57:50 +0000

<html>
<head><title>Title</title></head>
<body><p>Body</p></body>
</html>
#v-

I suggest not allowing the user to set MIME headers manually.
