There's a fault in the original post, whose From: line is partly MIME-encoded 
and partly raw 8-bit, but it would be nice if slrn could work around it.

I should perhaps have mentioned that I have
	set fallback_charset windows-1252
in my .slrnrc; but changing the fallback setting to iso-8859-1 doesn't help.
