I would appreciate it if someone were to update the .sgml version of
the manual to reflect the changes in 0.9.9.  I am not sure where the
sgml is located.

Also, what about slrnpull?  I have not used nor tested it since I took
over from Thomas.  I get the feeling that many people have moved on to
using leafnode.  For these reasons, I feel that slrnpull should not be
included in the 0.9.9 release.

Finally, www.slrn.org should be updated.
