I don't think people whose first language isn't English should be deterred 
from submitting patches. You, Thomas W and I can provide documentation if 
necessary. E.g., a few hours ago I added a few words about getaddrinfo() to 
the reference manual. People who submit patches that add new features should 
*not* have to be as familiar with the documentation as we are.
