The behaviour appears to be different from what it was yesterday if I
recall that behaviour correctly. Using 'r' seems to be OK. Using 'F'
gives, for example:-

I suppose this is acceptable as it the stuff at the top of the message
is about the message that is being forwarded. I thought it was repeating
the To and other lines. However, it might be better if it the outpout
behaved more like mutt and put the forwarded message between lines
like:-

----------- Forwarded from xxxxxxxxx -----
(I forget exactly how mutt does it.

In slrnrc I have:-

set mail_editor_command "/usr/local/bin/mutt -F ~/.mutt/newsmuttrc -H '%s'"
set mail_editor_is_mua 1 

slrn is Slrn 0.9.8.1pl1 [2005-02-17]
mutt is Mutt 1.5.15 (2007-04-06)

I am using cygwin. I guess I should upgrade slrn.
