    Use NNTP_FMT_ARTNUM as format for NNTP_Artnum_Type

    The change to NNTP_Artnum_Type forgot to adopt these places to the new
    type. For NNTP_Artnum_Type == long long SLsnprintf() printed 0 which
    caused slrnpull asked the news server for an invalid article number;
    „head 0“.

    Declare some variables as const

    Gcc complained about assignments of constant variables to non‐constant
    variables. Often the memory is never accessed for writing so the variable
    can (and should) be const.
