custom_headers bug or enhancement request

Hi folks, This is a question more aimed at JED, but I'll throw it out to the list anyway. In other newsreaders such as pan (or is it tin), if I create a custom header that has the same name as an existing auto-generated header, the auto-generated header is superceded. IIRC, would create my own User-Agent header if I want to remove the stupi^H^H^H^H^Hclever saying tacked in after the version number. Thankfully, slrn uses a 'pure' User-Agent, but if I want to override it at runtime by defining a "custom_header" in my .slrnrc, then I end up with two User-Agents in my post. Is this a bug or an enhancement request? /rudy ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/
