I'm using Hamster since 2000, but never used it in that way. Few months ago
i stopped using it to mail fetching, so i can remember few things wrong.

What you tried? I think that it would be possible by moving mail to
"Mail.Out" directory and then run script with "HamSendMailAuth".

#!hs2
#!load hamster.hsm
# Transfering news and mails
HamNewsJobsStart
HamSendMailAuth( "smtp.your.mail.com","25","$2","","user@.*your\.mail\.com")
HamWaitIdle
print( "OK." )
quit

"$2","", means user name and password, as in "Accounts & passwords".
