Please don't override Mime-Version: and Content-Type: headers

Before posting/followup an article, please don't override the
pre-existing Mime-Version and Content-Type headers in the article.
Otherwise, we cannot post multipart mime articles with errors like:

    Duplicate header field: "MIME-Version"
