Compiling windows slrn: SLRN_HAS_PULL_SUPPORT?

Hi,

I am compiling the current svn under windows successfully and have
recently started using slrnpull. The procedure seems quite
straightforward but I have found a small clumsiness that I suspect
comes from my own ignorance. After running:

mingw32-make -f makefile.g32

I note that src/slrnfeat.h needs to be manually changed to:

#define SLRN_HAS_PULL_SUPPORT   1

from its value of zero. After this I run both:

mingw32-make -f makefile.g32
mingw32-make -f makefile.g32 slrnpull.exe

and both slrn.exe and slrnpull.exe are generated with no problems:
