Needless duplicates. I am unsure that I understand the question. Are you asking how to add a "Followup-To" header to an email reply? Or are you requesting that slrn use the "Followup-To" header to direct email replies? To add a "Followup-To" header to an email reply, just add it when composing your email, e.g., under the "Subject" header. Note that slrn does not use the "Followup-To" header when replying to an email list; rather it uses the "Mail-Followup-To" header, which many email lists use. I hope this helps.
