In this case I am the only user with a local spool of two news groups. I would like to have some means to manage my news spool. Deleting spam, and unwanted/uninteresting articles. But leaving the interesting articles that I may later want to refer to. If i were trying to setup a spool for a local network then I would probably look at a full fleged nntp server of leafnode. The problem with using a score file for my purposes is that it is not possible to create a score file, that will not create false posatives/negatives. regards b thomas ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Start uncovering the many advantages of virtual appliances and start using them to simplify application deployment and accelerate your shift to cloud computing. http://p.sf.net/sfu/novell-sfdev2dev
