Web-based NNTP reader

I realize text-only nntp/usenet is pretty old-school by ChromeOS 
standards, but I would like to be able to access it from my Chromebook.

While some nntp providers do have their own local web-based views, most 
are not what I consider usable for extended viewing. What I am looking 
for is something like an NNTP version of CIRC, that can connect to any 
nntp server, give a reasonable viewing experience with threaded 
conversations, scoring, etc.

Basically a web version of slrn would be my desire, if such a thing exists?


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
