Well, snsend/snstore does have the ability to check if an article already
exists before inserting it into the spool. (See the "-c" option.)

In this case though, it would only stop the message appearing multiple
times, it would probably still bounce back and forth between your servers,
since "-c" doesn't apply to remote newsgroups... (I don't see any reason why
that check couldn't be added for non-local groups, though...)
