I started Reiser with Linux software Raid1, and got a lot of
problem, also with sn. Maybe Harold has some mails from me,
reporting such problems. So finally I destroyed both
/dev/md0 and reiserfs.

I have visited Hamburg some years ago, and it was a cool
trip. :)
