0.3.4.a snget -m again

Hello,

caused of a crash i had fetch my whole newsspool. To prevent snfetch
from fetching the whole server from my provider i test the "-m"
option.

snget -m500

The fetch runs into chaos, i got over 25000 articles per group cause
the option -m was ignored. Only the .max per groupdirectory protect a
system from megafetch.

What did the following term in the CHANGES mean, is the option now
completely removed from the source?
