snntpd posting problem

Hi, i have installed snntpd on a debian box inside my
school lan.
I followed the INSTALL.run, but i have a little
problem with the posting.

I'm using inetd, so i added this line to the
/etc/hosts.allow:
nntpd : localhost, 192.168.13. : setenv = POSTING_OK

(i want to allow posting from 192.168.13.*)

and in the /etc/inetd.conf:
nntp stream tcp nowait root.root /usr/sbin/tcpd
/usr/local/sbin/snntpd

it isn't also a problem of chmod/chown in
/var/spool/news/

Apparently the configuration seems good but the
posting don't work at all.

Any ideas?
