XHDR can no longer be used on Teranews

We need a change in snfetch that uses some method other than XHDR for
acquiring articles.

It would also be a very good idea to add a function that updates .serial after
each message has been successfully received so that when the connection is
lost, the already-received messages are not sucked again.
