I've just grabbed the "official" version of the tar-ball from http://infa.abo.fi/~patrik/sn/files/sn-0.3.7.tar.bz2 and it also has a '\n'. I think I'll have a look at robustifying the script a little... and I might try to track down an error I'm getting from snget (probably snfetch, actually) - it's losing articles on the download, I think. (And the articles look fine when got direct via telnet.) phil -- change name before "@" to "phil" for email
