I fixed the problem by changing the Makefile so that BINDIR is now
/usr/sbin/usr/sn and it works great!

But i can't post anything. It says no posting is allowed.

The line I added to my /etc/hosts.allow is
/usr/sbin/sn/snntpd: ALL: setenv = POSTING_OK

I tried adding a line to my hosts.deny and then I removed it.

There are no .nopost files anywhere.

I even combed through POST and wasn't able to find anything out of place or
seeemingly incorrect.

Lastly I went through the code of snntpd.c and changed all the values of
posting variable to 1. But now I get a
200 Hi, you can post.
message. But still I can't post..
