how to test spread-excel project ?

Hello,
I have been studying RTD Server for Excel recently, and am very interested in the spread-excel project http://code.google.com/p/spread-excel/.  I have been able to compile the source code in Visual C++ 2010.  However, I am not so clear as how to use the testing Excel files to test the project build.  May I have any suggestions?  Thanks a lot!
