Compiling on Visual Studio 2005

I have just compiled 4.2.0 on MS Visual Studio 2005.  I have a ~4000
line diff of the changes required (238 lines of sources changes, the
rest are updated vcproj files).

Do you want these diffs?  If so, how would you like them delivered?
