Error configuring spread 4.4 with MinGW

Hello,

I got problems with MinGW during configuration process:

checking for gettimeofday... yes
checking for time... yes
checking for clock_gettime(CLOCK_MONOTONIC)... no
checking for library containing dladdr... no
configure: error: unable to find the dladdr() function
configure: error: /bin/sh './configure' failed for libspread-util

dladdr is not available on MinGW. Could you please adapt the configure
files to this?
