I would like to take a stab at creating support for IPv6 in spread

Ideally it would be a stack that would support both IPv4 and IPv6.
Is there anybody attempting this right now so I don't waste my time?

assumes a 32 bit address so there would be other interfaces that would have
to change. I also think that the configuration file parser would have to be
updated.
