Re: sshd service on Win2003 not accepting connection

I have the same problem on WIndows XP. I run sshd on a Windows XP Pro
desktop machine. When the problem happens, "ssh localhost" gives the
same error message. After restarting sshd, both remote and local ssh
connection would work.

I thought it may have something to do with the order of various
services being started. For example, sshd may nneed to be started
after the firewall, or something like that. But I haven't have much
time to chase the this down.
