copSSH is an NSIS-based installer for getting OpenSSH functionality on
windows systems in a simple and convenient way. It is a free, robust and
up-to-date solution with availability since 2002. On the basis of the
feedback and usage patterns so far, It seems that it has achieved a web of
trust to some extent as well.

It is totally up to you to decide if all those are appealing for you !

There is no non-installer version. copSSH is an installer itself.

Registry changes: Yes (HKLM/Software/Cygnus Solutions/...,
HKLM/Software/Itefix/CopSSH)
Files in WINDOWS directory: No
