Ran both as a service.  Used copssh for a while, but I like the flexibility of plain cygwin better.

This doesn't make a whole lot of sense to be honest. Both use OpenSSH 
and both are built on cygwin. Both OpenSSH for Windows and copSSH are 
based on a minimal cygwin install. Are you running one as a service?
