Hi, Have you tried allowing the user account local logon permission? Rgds Paul ----- Original Message ----- From: [email protected] <[email protected]> To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Sent: Mon Aug 20 18:59:26 2007 Subject: Cygwin SFTP Windows SBS 2003 Hi - I don't know if this question has been asked before, but here goes: I set up cygwin with SSH on my Windows SBS 2003 STD server. I have everything working nicely for my admin accounts. I can have a regular domain account logon to the ssh shell, however, I get the following error when I try to SFTP: Connection has been unexpectedly closed. Server sent command exit status 128 If I make that user an admin, they can sftp. I have also set some ntfs deny permissions for that user as I am trying to lock them into their home directory. Can anyone help me with this error? Eliot This message (including any attachments) contains information intended for a specific individual and purpose and is protected by law.
